Ótmio custo benefício.
Positive: Fácil localização e fácil comunicação com o responsável pelo studio. Estava tudo limpo e organizado.
Com vaga de garagem coberta.
O prédio tem piscina, academia e área para caminhada.
Negative: O studio não tem muito espaço, mas para duas pessoas (eu e minha esposa) foi suficiente.
